Dyersburg,TN — May 22, 2025 — A new food truck is making waves across West Tennessee with its brick-oven style sourdough pizzas. Yummy Sourdough Pizza, launched in the fall of 2024 by husband-and-wife duo Robert and Tiffany Aguirre, is serving up fresh flavors with a personal, family-focused touch.
The idea was born at home, where the Aguirres discovered a shared passion for making sourdough pizzas—and decided to take their favorite recipes on the road.
“We just love making people happy,” said Tiffany, “and we love being able to do it all together, as a family.”
Accompanying the couple on their food truck journey are their three children: Nicolas (12), Lexi (10), and Trebor (8). The Aguirres say they’re grateful for the opportunity to run a business that involves every member of the family.
The truck features a menu packed with favorites including Meatlovers, Supreme, Cheese, and Pepperoni, along with a build-your-own option and their newest addition—BBQ Pork Pizza. With a cook time of under five minutes, Yummy Sourdough Pizza offers a fast and satisfying meal without the wait.
The food truck is set to appear at community events across the region, including the Covington BBQ Festival and Lexington’s 4th of July Celebration, bringing their signature sourdough crust and friendly service to new customers throughout West Tennessee.
Yummy Sourdough Pizza is just one of many food truckers you can find on the Street Food Finder [SFF]app. SFF is an application designed to connect food lovers with their favorite food trucks. By simply opening the app, the user will be able to see all the trucks that are operating within twenty-five miles of their current location.
