Dyersburg, TN - October 24, 2025 - Dyer County favorite Pig-N-Out is hitting the highway with the launch of its new food truck, “Squeals on Wheels.”
Owners Wade and Jina Jeffries first entered the restaurant business in 2016 when they purchased Pig-N-Out, located at 1610 E. Court St. in Dyersburg, TN. Before becoming an owner, Wade had worked at the restaurant for 16 years.
After spending two decades in an industrial setting, Wade said he was ready for a change. “I was tired of the factory life,” he shared, adding that the transition to the restaurant industry was both refreshing and rewarding. Since then, the couple has built a thriving business, backed by strong community support.
Now, in 2025, the Jeffries family is expanding their success on the road. Wade, Jina, their son-in-law Justin, and longtime employee Jamie Wagoner have teamed up to launch Squeals on Wheels. The name, Wade says, was Justin’s idea.
Like Wade, Justin is also leaving behind a career in manufacturing to dedicate himself full-time to the family business. Together, the team is focused on bringing Pig-N-Out’s signature flavor and hospitality to events across West Tennessee.
All of the BBQ served on the truck is smoked fresh with wood and charcoal at the restaurant before hitting the road. The menu also features unique favorites like fried green beans, fried green tomatoes, jalapeño cheese sticks, BBQ nachos, and loaded BBQ cheese fries.
Wade says they strive to serve excellence with every bite and are proud to take community favorites on the road, sharing them everywhere they go.
