Dyersburg, TN - January 26, 2026 - TJ and Andrea Roberson Walley, the husband-and-wife duo behind Walley Taters and More, have rapidly made a name for themselves in the regional food truck industry. Their story began in 2021 when they acquired Eddyville’s Fried Pork Skins, a business originally established by Edd Daniels.
Building on the strong reputation Daniels created, the Walleys expanded and elevated the operation into a growing mobile food venture recognized for its quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service.
Married for 8 years, TJ and Andrea have blended their skills and shared vision to successfully operate both Eddyville’s Fried Pork Skins and Walley Taters and More. TJ entered the food truck business after working as an automotive instructor at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT). It was at TCAT that he met Edd Daniels, an encounter that ultimately set the stage for his move into entrepreneurship.
A shared passion for food and family has been central to the couple’s success. “I’ve always loved to cook, and the idea of taking a food truck on the road really appealed to me,” said TJ. “I spent a lot of time researching different ideas and when I came across the concept of loaded spuds, I knew I had found the perfect fit.”
That vision came to life in 2024 with the launch of Walley Taters and More, offering hearty, flavorful meals prepared fast, with most orders ready in five minutes or less. Signature dishes of Walley Taters and More are created with 20oz Idaho potatoes stuffed full with your favorite ingredients. TJ says the crowd favorite is the chicken, bacon, and ranch loaded potato.
In 2025, customer demand led the couple to invest in a third food truck, which also operates under the Walley Taters and More flag.
Their dedication has resulted in a full calendar of events booked through October, with additional appearances still being added. The Walleys’ food trucks can be found at well-known regional events such as the Rockabilly Highway Revival Festival in Selmer, Tennessee, the Reelfoot Lake Arts and Crafts Show in Lake County, and BBQ on the River in Paducah, Kentucky.
