The workshop was geared toward helping managers and owners addressing performance issues with employees. Mill Avenue.The Christmas Market will bring the community together for an evening of holiday shopping and seasonal treats. Dyersburg, TN - September 30, 2025 - The Mill Workspace recently participated in the “United Dyer County: Bringing Unity to the Community” resource fair, held at McIver’s Grant Public Library in downtown Dyersburg. The resource fair was co-hosted by United Way of West Tennessee and White & Associates Insurance.
The event began at 9 a.m. and continued through noon. It welcomed a large crowd, including nearly two dozen organizations representing business, technology, education, finance, community resources, and disaster aid.

The 90-minute workshop was designed to give business professionals, solopreneurs, and small business owners the tools to confidently navigate the accounting platform and better manage their finances.

A Gibson County native, Ferguson was one of more than 500 applicants for the program. Out of those, only 50 were selected—including Ferguson, who was matched with The Mill Workspace.
